There is no customer support and the admins are abusive to customers and children. BUYER BEWARE: They banned my account for saying "From my experience, Era has no customer service. They only ignore." also they marked it as "Hatespeech" They will take your money and ban your account. DONT let children play this game.

Graal era + has become so corrupt by the staff on the game starting with snk they really need to fire all staff to make the game more enjoyable and not corrupt

It took me 8weeks for me to get skateboard and I been using it lately and I found a ramp in some skateboard place and I went to try it out I got stuck on the edge of that pool thing in the middle and I got off of my skateboard and was stuck there for 4days already and Im still stuck in it also unstick me didnt work I tried reloging also going in my house and it didnt work and its getting annoying !!!!!

It has been a day since I could get on Era... Every time I try to log on it doesnt let me keeps saying that I cant connect to the Game Server please help me. Ive tried everthing

Ok so first it starts of hard because people will be jerks and will call you a noob and will not trade with you but the money packs are cheap! So I got One and let me tell you I got good guns! Its very addicting and I recommend you play this game :3

Game is so good but it was better in 2012 were people wont scam or all this dumb stuff we have now in the game :/

"the game server could not be reached" ? Last night this happened I got tired of waiting multiple hours went to sleep, woke up played a little, logged off for 3 min and I have this problem again? Why is your app the only one giving me problems.. This isnt a internet problem on my side. So I ask you, what is it?

This game used to be my favorite for around 3 years. Had a lot of friends and did a lot of things together. Soon the game just got laggy AF. And for 3-4 years the games lag hasnt been fixed. The admins are not who you think they are. They swear and threaten other players, and there is proof you can find on google or I dont know. This game turned into a pay to win game , then you realize , you actually played yourself and lost because of all that money you wasted on guns that were nerfed by amateur admins (BitzSam). So ya if youre going to be new to the game I suggest dont spend real money and dont waste too much time on this game. Its a great game for talking to friends and hanging out, but just isnt worth your moms credit card or your time on the couch.

Crashes constantly and wont connect to the server for hours at a time when I try to get on the app. Other than that, I love he game.

Ive been a former player since 2009 and I have seen the game grow. Back in 2012 I was hacked and lost all my stats which at the time were considered pro. I contacted graal and other admins all I could but no one would help me. I say this reflects how bad there customer service is. Another factor of me rating the game 1 star is the selfishness of the game developer. Back around 2011 (Developer was Darknight) the m4 costed a humble 5500 gralats. For most players that mug was pretty easy to achieve. Now after about 2-3 years the m4S cost went up to 55000. This a great example of the filth developed in the game. Graal tries anyway to steal your money. Also, staff have only got worse with cases of staff abusing there powers and not doing their job. If you play this game, be aware of the greed and filth with in the game. Former Player, Artemis Damian! PS: Dont waste your money.

Everything is extremely expensive that forces you to buy stuff. The lag is extremely bad (Server Lag) This game going absolutely no where with no updates.

This game is so addicting and a time consumer! You should try it its very fun

Every time I try to open the app, it says "server cannot be reached" and every time I am connected to wifi, it still doesnt work. Please fix this problem, I have spent money on this game and I am very disappointed.

The game went from addicting in a good way in 2011 to addicting in a bad way in 2016. If you want to be the best, look the best, and be concerned a "pro" prepare to spend mommy and daddys money. Also the feedback button is permanently broken(they dont check it), the Player Relations team that is suppose to help you is always out to lunch(never ever ever..ever answer questions) and the lag on the server is disgusting youll be luck if you can even log in.

Ok this game is just way too much drama. Cheating, lying, losing friends. This game just gets suicidal :/

I know alot of people say they think this game is cancer of a waste of time, but to me, its my life. I got so many friends on here, (tbh i trust them more than my irl ones). Those people who get called noobs and rage quit do not realize there are other people going thru the same thing. They can socialize with those types of people insted of complaining about the small group of bîtches.

Okay look, you need better improvements with GRAAL era!! You need better admins and you shouldnt jail people and instead you should only jail them for a day cause my sister got me jailed!! And now I have to wait till January!! I can report your app you know it isnt impossible or anything but just saying! I used my money on that game and your telling me Im JAILED cause of my sister!?
